Bruce Lee and Jeet Kune Do

So I am going to be speaking about one of the most internationally known actors of his time, yes Bruce Lee. While I know he was an amazing actor and brought many new things to light. As a student of the arts myself I find it hard to understand why he could have said the things he said about other fourms while he had not even tried it for more then 8 years. That is how long he was taught before he decided that he could do it on his own. More power to him but I really dont think he gave it a shot. His thing was that each of the martial arts had its weakness. But if he would have studied more and obtained more knowledge of the art he was learning he would have realized that all martial arts work to have no weaknesses. A Kung-Fu student of 12 years would certainly beat a student of 12 years at the time of Bruce. But now in this time Jeet Kune Do has became its own force to be reckoned with. But again if a student of 10 years was to get into the ring with a UFC fighter the Kung-Fu student would lose, only because he would not want to kill his opponent. Bruce brought fighting to the ring for spectators but in the end thats it. Well post if you have anything to say or any questions. I would be happy to hear them.
