I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to use.
It's much better then the heavy wooden/steel ones for beginners because these ones wont send you to the hospital if you hit your head while training! <-Is a major +!!!!
lol

The main benefit you will find is its softness and lightness that make it a great tool for training purposes, be sure you will be able to develop speed with no harm probability and will have a nice piece too.
The ballbearing system give you better motion range and control, the smooth uncoated black material and the dragons printed on it gives an elegant look to your training and demostrations. |

| The foam is just soft enough so you don't hurt yourself. I used this type at a seminar and the ball bearing is easier to use than the ones with rope. The rope doesn't allow for a good range of motion like the ball bearing. These are good for beginers to use and to also practice Katas with. |
