Fedor Fedor Fedor, a name that's known to almost everyone who's even spent five minutes watching MMA. Generally considered by most blogger and well the so-called experts to be the best fighter in the world and with a record of 29-1  I guess he can back that claim up. Then again can he really.

Now I will admit on here that I was on the side of the fence that believed that Fedor had gone the way of Tito Ortiz a fighter that once was great and now is more just riding on the coattails of his name. Then came the match with Tim Sylvia in which Fedor proceeded to pound the crap out of him shutting a lot of his nay sayers up in the process. I will have to admit when I first heard about the fight I thought Fedor would get his jaw knocked off and the exact opposite happened. however to all the Fedor worshipers out there you do realize that Tim has not had the greatest past couple of years for fighting has he. After Tim Fedor choked out Andrei Arlovski in the first round once again look at Arlovski's record in the past couple of years. In my mind all that Fedor's done is just prove that he's still one of the top fighters out there but no where near the best in the world. Not with guys like Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida, Rashad Evans, Georges St. Pierre in the mix.

I don't care what anyone says about him whether they love him or hate him the man's a legend and I'd say did more for MMA than anyone. However in recent times I'm starting to think that maybe that Chuck's time has passed.

First off he's gone 1-3 in his last 4 fights with his only victory coming off a decision. This is NOT the Liddell that everyone knows and loves. In the Evans fight he didn't even look like the Iceman and he almost walked into that punch. I don't know if people are figuring out his style or if it might be over for him. Before Evans he barely could handle Silva and this fight was almost a joke. Back in 03 this would've been Superfight but in 2007. The Liddell that I know would've kicked this guy's teeth down his throat. The Jardine fight was a joke, a horrible fight just compounding on a horrible card.
